Customer Management
Once your customer has purchased their new home you will want to stay in touch with them on a regular basis. This module is the perfect accompaniment to our After Sales Service (PASS) module. Once a home has closed, in PASS, the customer's address is switched to their new address creating a database of satisfied Purchasers. A typical turnover period for a new home Purchaser is approximately 4 – 5 years (shorter in condo). A prudent builder may want to send them new release information or newsletters so that when the time comes you can convert your satisfied customer into a repeat customer. There is no easier way to stay in complete contact with your customer base than with CUSTOM-OR.
